OUR PROCESS
Dependent on the type of finance being applied for the process can be very simple to extremely complex. It is imperative that our clients are not left in the dark, we will keep you up to date with the process, progress, time scales and next steps to ensure we remove the unknown and we are all working to the main goal as quickly as possible.
Stage 1:
Gather all of the essential information, including details of the property, finance required, experience etc. This is an essential part of the process to ensure the research and options available are correct.
Stage 2:
With hundreds of lenders, products and criteria it can be a very time consuming process finding the exact and best loan or mortgage product to meet your requirements. We will do the hard work for you and provide options available to meet your needs and timescales.
Stage 3:
Once you have decided on the best deal for you, we will ensure the application form and lenders additional information is provided and submitted immediately, we will then support you with the valuation report, mortgage offer and legal conveyancing through to a timely completion.
Stage 4:
Keeping in touch – You are not a transaction!!
